Asking a question before you buy is not an imposition. We can explain the scope of each reading before you decide whether it suits your needs.
What to write about
- A question before ordering. Anything the FAQ did not settle — including whether a reading is the right thing for what you are deciding. Sometimes the honest answer is no.
- Your birth time. If you are unsure whether what you know is enough to work with, ask. It usually is, and the first FAQ answer explains why.
- An order in progress. Corrections to your intake form, or a birth detail you have since pinned down.
- A birth detail you got wrong. Tell us before delivery and we recast the chart free. Once the reading has been sent it is final; the clarification allowance stated for your product applies for fourteen days: one consolidated written clarification for Career & Business Direction, or up to three for a full Life Chart. - Your data. Email us with "delete my data" and we delete your birth details, intake responses, chart files and report within seven days and confirm in writing. No reason required, at any point, years later included. See the privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
Medical, legal, investment, marriage and fertility questions are outside what we answer from a chart — not by preference but by policy. If that is what you are carrying, we would rather say so plainly and point you to the right kind of professional.
