How to read it
Every claim carries a label
So you always know whether you are reading a calculation, a text, or a judgement — and can weigh each one differently.
- Mechanical fact
- What your chart contains. It follows from the calculation, and the conventions we compute under are published on this site.
- Classical doctrine
- What the traditional texts say about that configuration, with the source named. What the tradition holds, which is not the same as what is true.
- Analyst interpretation
- Mr. Ding’s judgement, applied to your situation. The most useful part, and the least certain. Weigh it; disagree with it if it does not fit.
This is the part of the method that is hardest to fake and easiest to check. Ask any other analyst which of their sentences are which.

What we correct, and what is final
If a birth detail you gave us was wrong — the date, the hour, the place — tell us before your reading is delivered and we cast it again at no charge. If the correction changes the chart, delivery may take up to five further working days.
Once the reading has been sent it is final. It is personalised work written for one chart, and it is not revised or refunded because the interpretation is not what you hoped for. You keep fourteen days to ask up to three written questions about it — that is clarification, not rework. Change your mind before we begin and you are refunded in full.

A reading is one input. It should be a good one.

What you get here is guidance: what your chart favours, where the timing is open, what to lean on and what not to rush — in writing, with the reasoning shown. We do not sell charms, amulets, bracelets or lucky dates, and we never will. No predictions of illness, death or disaster. Decisions about your money, your marriage, your health or your legal position stay yours.

How long does it take?
Five working days from your completed intake form, not from your order. Express Delivery brings that to two working days and is refunded automatically if we miss it.
I am not sure of my birth time.
Tell us what you know. “Evening”, “between two and six”, and “no idea” are all workable answers. We cast on the time you give, and where it sits close enough to an hour boundary to matter, the reading says so and names which sections depend on it.
Is this accurate?
The chart is arithmetic and has one right answer; it is cast to the minute and checked. The reading is a traditional interpretive framework, and we label every sentence so you can see which kind of claim you are reading. We do not claim scientifically validated prediction, and we will not.
How is this different from an app or a S$70 PDF?
Those are assembled from a handful of chart features and written for no one in particular. This is written for your chart, addresses your question, labels every claim, and gives you fourteen days of access to the person who wrote it. A test you can apply to any provider: ask which day-boundary convention they used, and what your reading would have been under the other one.
Who sees my birth details?
They are used to produce your reading and for nothing else. The intake form carries no advertising pixels. Your chart is retained so you can return for a Year Reading; you can have everything deleted at any time, within seven days, in writing.
Can I ask questions afterwards?
Yes. Within fourteen days of delivery you may ask up to three written questions about what is in the report, at no charge. For more, or for new questions, the 30-Day Q&A Window (S$88) gives you five written questions with replies within three working days.

The four pillars are arithmetic, and we are not going to charge you for arithmetic. Enter a birth date and time and the chart appears, computed in your browser. What it does not do is tell you what any of it means. That is the reading.
