30-Day Q&A Window

An add-on to any Life Chart. Up to five written questions over thirty days, each answered within three working days.

Reports answer the questions you had when you filled in the intake form. Reading one usually produces new ones — and those are often the better questions. This window exists for them.

How it works

• The thirty days start on the day your report is delivered.
• Send up to five questions, one at a time or together, by email.
• Each answer arrives in writing within three working days, in the same labelled format as the report: mechanical fact, classical doctrine, or analyst interpretation.
• Answers are written, not scheduled calls. You keep them.

What we will not answer

Questions asking for medical, legal or investment directives; questions about a third party whose birth details you do not have their consent to share; questions asking us to predict a death, a diagnosis, or a disaster. If a question falls outside what we will answer, we say so and explain why, and it does not count against your five.

Repurchasable later — clients often take a second window at a decision point months after the original reading.

Eligibility

Requires a current or previous Life Chart. This add-on cannot be used on its own. The product page asks for the order number of that Life Chart, and will not add this to your cart without it — it is on your order confirmation email, and if you cannot find it, reply to any email from us and we will look it up. We verify the number by hand before the window opens; if no Life Chart turns out to exist, the order is refunded in full, same day.
